Dr. Reem AlQunfoidi is a dual board-certified Internist and Haematologist with over a decade of experience in major tertiary hospitals in Saudi Arabia and Australia. She specializes in malignant and benign haematology, thrombosis, obstetric haematology, and transfusion medicine. She completed her fellowship in Clinical and Laboratory Haematology and Bone Marrow Transplant at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, earning FRACP and FRCPA certifications. She currently serves as Head of the HaematologySection at King's College Hospital Jeddah, leading clinical services, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary care. She has contributed to advancing haematology practice, developing clinical guidelines, and improving patient safety. Dr. AlQunfoidi has received multiple recognitions from the Ministry of Defence for her contributions to enhancing haematology services. She has also published in thrombosis and haemostasis and contributed to national sickle cell disease management standards published by the Medical Services of the Ministry of Defence.
